Update to posting schedule

From this point forward, weekly postings will be made each Friday, with the Index of new cinema releases. Each Friday entry will then be updated the following Monday to include new video releases.

This is so readers have an immediate overview of what's new in cinemas on that all-important opening weekend, rather than having to wait for the full posting on a Monday. Hope this helps!
