This appears to have been shot in both Tagalog (Krus ng digma) and English (Sunset Over Corregidor) versions, with the same cast and crew for each edition. UK viewers were given the latter print, under a different title. Here's where it gets complicated: The film was subsequently bought by a US distributor and used as the raw materials for an entirely different production entitled Atrocities of the Orient. This was achieved by combining footage from an edited version of Corregidor (known as Outrages of the Orient) with material from another Filipino film, He Promised to Return (1949, more popularly known as Beasts of the East), to create an entirely new narrative.
